Everyone is acting like Gabi Hernadez and Li Shin’s wedding is done deal — especially Gabi and Li. But DAYS spoilers aren’t being subtle that there is turmoil on the horizon. If the horizon were already in the room with them. Is this a ceremony that’s even going to start…much less conclude with the phrase “man and wife?”
DAYS Spoilers: True Love
“Stabi” fans continue to feel positive that Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) will swoop in to stop the travesty from taking place. And they have 60% of the vote in their corner to prove it. Stefan doesn’t know that Gabi (Camila Banus) doesn’t really love Li (Remington Hoffman). But Stefan pretty much knows that Gabi doesn’t really love Li. The same way that Stefan doesn’t know that he really loves Gabi. But he knows that he really loves Gabi.
DAYS Halfway There
A smaller 37% of you believe that the wedding will commence as planned. Gabi will march down the aisle. She’ll reach the altar. And then she’ll run right back in the other direction. This ceremony has Runaway Bride written all over it. Gabi isn’t even trying to convince herself all that hard that Li is her soulmate. She can tell herself he’s good for business. But he’s not good for her. And she’ll admit it sooner or later.
DAYS Spoilers: Close Your Eyes and Think of England
A pathetic 3% of the audience is resigned to the idea of Gabi and Li exchanging “I Do’s.” As long as she thinks Stefan doesn’t want her, and as long as she thinks he actually wants Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin). If Gabi convinces herself that the only thing she has left in the world is her work (and maybe little Ari, but that child disappears for months at a time, so she can’t be counted on), then, yeah, Gabi will marry Li. And doom herself to a life of misery. But at least she’ll have a very, very nice wardrobe.
