Emmerdale airs Amy Wyatt's drastic decision in Kyle storyline

Emmerdale has aired Amy Wyatt’s big decision in the wake of Al Champan’s death.

While it looked like Cain Dingle was the one who killed his nemesis, it turns out that it was actually Kyle Winchester who did it. Cain took the fall and has tried to get Moira to cover up the truth, but the truth was bound to come out – Amy already found out about it.

In tonight’s (November 9) episode, Moira and Amy sat Kyle down to say that it was just an accident and things were going to carry on as normal, but it was clear Amy wasn’t comfortable.

She learned that Kyle had been fighting in school and began to worry. Kyle was playing a game with stepbrother Matty, and started to panic over the sound of a gunshot.

Amy decided that she and Kyle couldn’t stay in the village anymore, and told Matty that she was going to be moving back in with Kerry, but in reality she made plans to go to the airport and fly to Belfast.

It looks like Amy’s decision will have wider repercussions in the village, as next week will see Moira admit that Amy has made the right decision, and decide go to Belfast as well, with Isaac in tow.

There will be further twists next week, when Kerry will learn that Al was having an affair… although she’ll end up unknowingly confiding in the very person he was cheating on her with!
