Emmerdale’s Chloe makes shock accusations over Al’s secret lover

Emmerdale spoilers follow.

Emmerdale‘s Chloe Harris plays detective next week as she tries to figure out who Al Chapman was having an affair with before he died.

Upcoming episodes see Chloe discover the truth about Al’s betrayal when she finds out that he’d bought a house for himself and a mystery lover.

Kerry Wyatt is heartbroken when Chloe shares the news with her, but they both remain unsure over who the other woman was.

Next week, Chloe continues the investigation and accuses Priya Kotecha of having an affair with Al.

Viewers know that Chas Dingle was Al’s secret lover, so Chloe is far off the mark with her theory.

Chloe later crosses a line when she spots Priya’s daughter Amba Metcalfe alone outside the café for a moment. Amba’s grandfather Rishi has rushed inside after dropping some hot chocolate.

Seizing the opportunity to cause trouble, Chloe takes Amba back to Keeper’s Cottage, leaving Priya furious when she finds out what has happened.

Priya warns Chloe to back off. She later proves her innocence by cross-checking Al’s bank statements, which don’t match with her own movements.

Softening towards Chloe, Priya agrees that it looks like Al was having an affair, but encourages her to take her wild accusations elsewhere.

Before long, Chloe comes to another realisation and believes that she knows who the other woman was.

At The Woolpack, the door slams open and a livid Chloe enters, announcing that she knows exactly who Al was seeing.

Chas tries to hide her utter panic, but has she been caught out, or is Chloe on the wrong track again?
