Maxine remains determined to expose Eric for his frightening behaviour of late, but he remains one step ahead of her by destroying all of the CCTV footage showing his drink spiking attempt.

While Eric thinks he’s got away with the spiking, he doesn’t realise he’s made one big mistake that exposes his scheming.

Later, Maxine turns up to try to charm Eric in an attempt to gather intelligence in his trailer. A clueless Verity soon intervenes to encourage Maxine and Eric to join her at the gym.

While Maxine tries to look inconspicuous during the workout, she remains unnerved that Eric is hanging around. Maxine later touches base with Goldie McQueen, who gives her the courage to continue her investigation.
